I am a regular customer and visit Gloria's at least once a week. The manager Ulysis is a terrible manager. We were there last night 5/22 at about 8:30 and went to the bar and the restaurant almost empty... There was (supposedly) a bartender there but, he could not even speak English and was only helping customers that spoke spanish. We sit at the bar 15 minutes and was never acknowledged. The manager was strolling around doing nothing and I called him over to tell him about the problem. He was very very rude offered no apologies and just said what would you like rudely..the real bartender was away eating and he returned with a Bad Attitude..he should have been able to eat his lunch and the manager should have helped the bartender that spoke no English I understand his frustration..The service at the bar was a zero. The guest that was with us first time at Glorias said he will never go back there again ..5/6 my birthday party was there for about 28 people (we spent a lot of money) Ulysis again was the manager did not set us up in the place he promised and I never got all of my food and it was my party and other guests never got all of their food. Ulysis walked around and watched the poor waiter struggle and he was doing his best and Ulysis never helped him. He never came by to see if we were ok at all. He is the worst manager we have ever seen at Glorias. Most of my birthday guest will not go back there again. Ulysis walks round never greeting guests at all or helping his waiters.,As long as we have been going there he has NEVER walked over to see if we were ok..Please do something about his lack of management skills he is running your customers away. Service is noticeably bad when he is the manager.

My friends and I had the WORST experience at this location in Firewheel. My girlfriends and I were having dinner sitting in the bar area this past weekend. The atmosphere was already loud with the music playing, football Game and Conversations....WELL the manager by the name of EVERARDO TORRES came to our table and RUDELY told a group of women over 30 to shut up OR leave because we were too loud. I have never experienced anything like this, and when we asked to speak with the General Manager MARIELA RODRIGUEZ they all HID in the back kitchen and wouldn't come out like CHICKENS after there manager just rudely disrespected us! We tried to contact the owner the next day to let him know how his restaurant is being ran and MARIELA RODRIGUEZ (who barely spoke English) said to send email and hung up! DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY GOING TO THIS RESTAURANT!

This place is a pig sty.....flies, hair in food...worst possible managment


you were probably being too loud and obnoxious. Seems they had no choice.

You sound annoying. It's a family restaurant, respect other customers.
